Speak Up Against the Trump Administration's Latest Attack on Our Health and Environment

The EPA is trying to reverse a legal finding that concludes carbon pollution is bad for our health and the federal government must regulate it. The agency is accepting public comments until September 22. It’s time for us to step up and make clear that this move is unacceptable.

I strongly oppose your proposed revocation of the endangerment finding and vehicle pollution standards. People like me rely on the EPA to protect our communities from emissions that overheat the planet and pollute our air. I’m very concerned that the EPA wants to shirk its responsibility to the people it represents, people like me and my loved ones.  

The EPA exists to protect all of us from extreme weather, including flooding, wildfires and heat waves, caused by climate change. By doing the bidding of big polluters and reversing the endangerment finding and clean car and truck standards, EPA is betraying its basic duty to the public. 

I urge you to remember who you represent. People like me count on you to act in our best interest, not pad the wallets of massive corporations who are knowingly pumping out this pollution while reaping in record profits. Please reject the proposal to rescind the endangerment finding, for the sake of all of us in this country.
